Short Term Goals

I will improve my critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills by By engaging in three case study discussions and receiving feedback from my instructors on how I analyze and implement nursing interventions successfully during clinical practice sessions by the end of April 2025 will enhance my critical thinking and clinical decision making abilities essential, for effective patient care.

Long-term Goals

I will earn a spot on the Dean’s Honour Roll thanks to a good performance in four courses as I obtained an average of over 85% in each of them by the end of 2nd Semester  of the Winter semester 2025. To achieve this, I will undertake the following tasks:

1. Formulate a study strategy addressing the specific needs of different subjects. 

2. Apply proper time management strategies to appreciate the need to attend to academic work, clinical attachments and other personal engagements. 

3. Define specific tasks to be accomplished each week for completion of assignments, research and other course related activities and prepare a schedule for them.
