I want to improve my health, so I need to exercise more. I usually run around the park five times. After that, I like to do yoga. I sit in the grass. It is very peaceful and relaxing because it is usually very quiet in the morning. After my exercise, I go home because I need to start work at 10 am. I shower and get dressed in my professional clothes. I kiss my wife, and I drive my car to work. I love to work hard. One day, I hope to be a manager because I want to support my family well.

My name is Ken, and I am from Guyana. Guyana is in South America, next to Venezuela and Brazil. The weather is warm all year, and I like to spend my days outside. First, I like to take a shower in our outdoor shower. It is quiet in our backyard, and I enjoy hearing the birds sing while I bathe. Next, I usually cook breakfast on the barbecue. I love to cook bacon and toast my bread on the grill. My family and I eat breakfast on the patio. We enjoy a cup of coffee and love the cool morning air.

After breakfast, I usually walk to the library. I like to read quietly there. I want to improve my English, so I read a lot of English books. The library has an English conversation class, but I dislike studying in their dark room, so I only go sometimes. At noon, I go back home and cook hamburgers on the barbecue. I love the taste of beef burgers even though they are not very healthy. I have a light supper to offset the calories and grease from the burger. At night, I sit on the front porch and watch the children play street hockey. I have a good life and enjoy every minute of it.
